Joseph A Garvey is Executive Chef and Owner of Liberty Belle Catering, The Liberty Belle Cruise Ship and Joseph’s Garden Grille in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.  Chef Garvey is also the exclusive caterer of The Philadelphia Cruise Terminal at the Naval Business Center in Philadelphia.  He studied at the prestigious Johnson & Wales University, and has worked as an executive chef for Hilton International, Hershey Hotels and the Disney World Corporation.
